Responsible for staffing to align with strategic business plan of the Company.
Duties:
• HR Planning
• Recruitment, Selection and Placement
• Succession Management
• HR information Management
Responsible to ensure all operational activities of HR, Admin and CSR in assigned Business Unit.
Duties to:
• Assist in Manpower planning with collaboration of all department representatives.
• Ensure current staffing needs and produce forecasts, circulate, recruit and finalize selection and conduct induction activity.
• Ensure monthly training schedule as per buyer’s requirement with expense budget, contact participants and trainers and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure Payroll activities, generate pay slip and disburse wages, OT, bonus, and other pays.
• Facilitate on-time performance appraisal management process, annual increment, promotion, job confirmation evaluation etc.
• Facilitate employee relation activities, IR initiatives and various welfare programs.
• Responsible to update organogram of all departments and prepare JD upon requirement.
• Ensure workplace safety, healthy work environment and hygiene system.
• Ensure effective administration, legal compliance of HR issues, disciplinary action, counseling and grievances.
• Look after security activities and quick response to any emergency.
• Responsible to implement Company and Buyer COC, make the factory ready for Social Compliance Audit, Technical Audit, Environmental Audit, Security System Audit, Management Audit and HR Audit respectively.
• Ensure final settlement and conduct exit interview of departing employees.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel data.
• Prepare Office note, memo, Office order, circular, meeting minutes in respect of HR issues.
Responsible to ensure all operational activities of HR and physical compliances in assigned Business Unit.
Duties to:
• Ensure weekly vacancy list preparation, circulation and deal with whole interview and selection process.
• Ensure workers Personal file with all related papers are processed and maintained properly.
• Ensure worker orientation and training program.
• Maintain leave and attendance management, day-to-day administrative work and discipline.
• Maintain data to use HRMS; prepare wages and all payment sheets and disburse on-time.
• Prepare final settlement, maternity bills and process of insurance claims.
• Ensure fire and evacuation drills are arranged regularly, check fire equipment’s availability with validity and all signs are installed properly.
• Ensure all PPE and safety equipment is available in workplace, First Aid team is properly trained and chemicals store is properly arranged.
• Ensure fair labor in factory premises.
Responsible to ensure on time employee’s recruitment, their pay-roll and yearly performance appraisal management.
Duties to:
• Receive manpower requirement notification from respective departments; Prepare audio notice for inter office announcement and confirm posting into Bdjobs; Prepare panel over initial screening of applications as per job specifications; Prepare interview schedule, inform applicants and organize interview; Ensure Appointment Letter and setup of employment files in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Prepare yearly increment list, circulate evaluation forms and collect from departmental authority; Verify score for a non-biased appraisal; Prepare Increment report following Management guide lines to take approval and ensure entry in software to finalize the process.
• Prepare payment schedule and collect attendance status from individual factories, generate pay slip, prepare and check wages sheet; Verify Incentives, allowance, overtimes and deductions are going as per policy.
