• Have passable knowledge about Synchronization of Domino TTO Printer with Packaging machine.
• Possess experience in trouble shooting of Domino TTO Printer, Software & Hardware related issues.
• Possess experience in installing, designing, developing equipments & PLC/DCS Panel for monitoring and controlling engineering systems, Preparation of Cable Schedule, Cable tray layout, GA & Loop Schematics.
• In-depth knowledge of data sheets, instrument drawings, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, calculation and specifications
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain instruments and instrumentation systems
• Extensive knowledge of PLC Programming, SCADA, Drive Installation, instrument communication systems and approaches of measurement technologies.
• Preparation of Cable Schedule, Cable tray layout, GA & Loop Schematics.
• Calibration and Maintenance of Field Instruments like all pneumatic systems, I/P, Control Valves, Bagging Machine, Brix /Ph Transmitter and all other Industrial Instruments of for Pressure, level, Flow, Temperature.
• Have passable knowledge about the working of BOILERS AND Electricity Co-Generation Plant.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance job for correct functioning of field sensors, transmitters and controllers on daily basis and their regular monitoring.
• Analysis & interpretation of process history during Process Trips for improving the reliability of plant instruments.
• Have knowledge of SIO 9000 & 2200 .
• Have knowledge of PO releasing, releasing of work order, Creation of invoices, GRN & IV of Invoices, comparison sheet preparation & Vendor follow-up
