Responsible for Monitoring Flights (Flight Watch) in AIMS
Updating weather to the Dispatchers during their planning by getting actual METAR and TAF from Respective Stations.
Coordinating with concerned ATC and Briefing Departments to get clarity on the NOTAMS issued by Respective Airports.
Answering the Radio at base while the PIC contacts the base in Frequency.
Responsible to Liaise with the Load Contol Department (CLCU) for any change in Loadsheet and Liaise with the Ground Staff for any change in Loading pattern.
Responsible for carrying out all Commercial and operational Functions for the Charter Department according to Swiftport Standards.
Responsible for Briefing the Operations Department regarding the Flight Handling and Cargo Handling at the Airport.
Work closely with all concerned Departments for a safe, secure, swift turn-around of the flight and necessary arrangements for the crew.
Preparation of Charter Contracts with the Agreed Terms and Conditions with Customers.
Manage day-to-day operation at the airport.
Managing Charter Sales Department.
Marketing IL-76, Lockheed -C130, IL-18, B737-200 aircrafts
Work closely with airport operations team and making sure that the customer satisfied operation has been carried out in a timely manner.
Prepare various weekly and monthly reports for corporate office as well as the Sales and Marketing
Responsible for carrying out all Commercial Functions according to Jet Airways Standards which include check in, BMA, RAMP and Boarding Control.
Responsible for Carrying out all Security functions including X-ray Screening and Document Checks according to Bureau of Civil Aviation India and Jet Airways Standards for hold baggage and Cargo.
Work closely with all concerned Departments for a safe, secure, swift turn-around of the flight.
Ramp Handling of Narrow Bodied Aircraft (B737-800/ B737-800W, B737-700)
Loading aircraft based on the LIR received from the Load Sheet Officer / Supervisor.
Meet all direct guests/VIP's/repeaters/special request guests and ensure everything goes well with the Travel.
Handling Narrow Bodied Aircrafts (A321, A320, B737 series) Pax version Aircrafts.
Handling Wide Bodied Aircrafts (A330-300, A340-200).
Allocating necessary equipment and man-power and briefing the team before the aircraft
arrival.
Loading the aircraft based on the LIR received from the Load sheet Officer.
Coordinating with Different department for smooth and fast turn-around.
Manage day-to-day operation at the airport.
