Roles & Responsibilities:
-Assists Procurement in selecting, evaluating and negotiating with MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
-Studies MEP scope of work and tender documents to ensure that all work has been quoted accordingly.
-Studies contract documents to become thoroughly acquainted with exact requirements and specifications of the job.
-Manages the process of preparing material submittals and subcontractor shop drawings of MEP scope of work for submission to consultants
-Ensures the quick and delay-free issuance of all permits required for MEP scope of Work.
-Coordinates with Construction for the MEP works.
-Visits sites and follows up on jobs on daily basis.
-Manages the allocation of MEP staff, manpower, material and equipment with the Subcontractors.
-Responsible for the timely delivery of required site forms including all Material delivery notes, Master Labor Cards, and Daily Activity Reports.
-Approves all Material Request Forms related to the MEP division.
-Coordinates the purchasing and delivery of required material for the projects.
-Updates progress on site to the Planning function on a weekly basis.
-Responsible for preparation and submittal of all necessary progress reports.
-Interfaces and corresponds with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for the Projects.
-Ensures the site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies.
-Conduct regular coordination meetings to ensure the project activities are on schedule.
-Forwards progress photographs of the site(s) on weekly basis to Planning.
-Coordinates with Engineering for the delivery of As-Built Drawings for the job(s).
-Assists the Cost Control and Construction functions in the pricing of variation orders for current jobs.
-Provides all required MEP operational and maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, and guarantees to Procurement for the job hand over phase.
-Responsible for the completion of the MEP section of the End of Job Report
Key responsibilities:
- Follow up on all the computer center contracts with IT related Companies.
- Manage IT technical teams and distribute assignments.
- Upgrade the university systems software and hardware.
- Bring new IT technologies to the University system structure.
- Renew all existing contracts in time with the same company or new contracts with other companies with the same fields (bids).
- Bring offers from different companies to insure highest service quality and lowest price
- Monitor the license of all the software and hardware in the university.
- Manage Software License distribution.

Training at Jordan Telecom Group (Orange JTG) in the Radio Department as an RF & Optimizer Engineer for Six months.
My training was to plan new sites in GSM SYSTEM, reading signal levels and quality maps, improve existing sites, monitor the sites for alarms and solve sites problems
Technology Main responsibilities included:
- Worked as part of technician team, installation and maintenance of
electromechanical automation systems for residential and industrial
entrances, parking and access control systems.
- Handled sales, client public relations, maintaining existing
relationships and generating new ones through regular contact and
visits.
