Ensure my station and its environment (Kitchen and store rooms) is spotless clean and hygiene is kept up at all times. Responsible of ordering and checking the quality and quantity of raw materials received. Enforceto all kitchen staff the food hygiene and safety practices when dealing with food. Preparing, checking and tasting the food before the service. Work in any station of the kitchen when necessary. Handle the weekly and monthly inventory report of the store.
