• Leading all the aspects of well planning, scheduling, budgeting & execution, rig & services contracting for Drilling Projects and Subsurface Pumping & Associate Services Project for client Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) oil fields.
• Identifying technical, operational and HSE risks and putting in place sensible mitigating measures to reduce these risks.
• Ensuring drilling operations are performed in accordance with Company's Drilling Management system. Preparing final well reports, operations critiques and lessons learned.
• All the activities of the awarded Contracts of the client KOC are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and requirements with due regards to AFE, HSE, operability and maintainability.
Assists the senior drilling engineer with all aspects of well planning, casing design and AFE’s to achieve drilling task in a
safe and cost-effective manner.
* Planning & mobilizing of equipments, personnel, material and services required for scheduled drilling program to and
from locations.
* Worked in close coordination with well site geologist, mud engineer, mud loggers to monitor drilling progress and
distinction of coordinating with contractors of cementation and wireline logging units.
* Providing daily input to Drilling Supervisor and Rig personal on drilling operations and Well analysis.
* Liaising with service contractors about technical issues and any changes in the drilling program.
* Section by section updates of the technical data and operational summary needed for well reports.
* Preparing Final Well Reports emphasizing on Depth & Time Analysis, NPT Analysis, After Action Review (AAR) &
recommendations.
Offshore Rigs: Nobel Duchess Drillship, ONGC- Sagar Vijay Drillship, Sagar Ratna Jackup, Aban II-Jackup.
Major Achievements:
Communication with Rig Personal, Data Acquisition, Data Processing & Management, Gas Detection and Interpretation,
Surveillance of Drilling Parameters and HSE Awareness.
Responsibilities:
* Calibration and Quality check for each field sensors.
* Examined and described in accurate and precisely manner litho cuttings and conventional coring & handling core
samples and Perform Geological Experiments with precision.
* Monitor drilling problems/critical issues such as drill break, stuck pipes, swabbing and bit balling etc.
* Checking of mud properties periodically and reports properties in daily reports, handling all mud transfer and ensure
proper use and maintenance of solids control equipment.
* Preparation of daily reports, well logs and Trip Sheets. Reporting as per client requirements highlighting mud logging
results in particular about possibility of gas/oil zone.

Major Achievements: Interpreting data to determine subsurface geology and preparing well logs.
Responsibilities:
* Gather information of well data, Monitor acquisition of data to ensure consistent quality, Litho description,
subsurface data processing and preparing well logs. Preparation of daily reports.
Major Achievements: Technical Screening of Surfactants for Surfactant Flooding for Saudi Oil Fields.
