Responsible for working closely with the selected and trusted suppliers and managing the company’s procurement and logistics activities.
OPERATIONAL TASKS:
 Deals with over all supply chain functions.
 Delivering cost savings for the company
 Submitting periodical reports to the General Manager on Logistics &Purchasing Activities
 Studying the market to obtain the current trend and demands as well as the best pricing available locally & internationally
 Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with VIP client & keysuppliers.
 Evaluating the company’s suppliers based on quality of work done, delivery timings plus over all handling of the orders.
 Submitting Monthly and Quarterly reports both profitability and expenses.
 Ensuring that all proper documentation are met before preparing and issuing to client and supplier.
 Coordinating with freight forwarders for hassle free delivery from suppliers; Organizing deliveries to client
 Quality and Quantity checking of the received supplies.
 Reviewing invoices from suppliers & forwarders to check all details are aligned with the issued Purchase Order
 Handling external/internal communication & management system
 Conduct Suppliers & Freight Forwarders performance evaluation
 Administrative Functions
 Resolving disputes and claims with vendors/suppliers
