Accomplishments
• Completed the application harmonization process for merger of two utility companies Water (Public Authority of Water) and Waste Water (Haya water) companies.
• Implemented Eservice portal (https://eservices.diam.om ) and mobile app e-diam. Automated 18 services on both platforms. This solution was implanted on AuraQuantic BPM platform.
• Implemented Integrated solution on Infor EAM platform the above and below ground Assets maintenance process with the integration of GIS
• Successfully rolled-out CC&B application during 2018 (ensure the revenue generation not below the threshold)
• Implemented custom based Meter Data Management solution with the integration of CC&B application
• Implemented QlikSense Business Intelligence platform for MIS purpose with the integration of notable business applications.
Accomplishments
• Provided support for all business applications (Oracle Apps ERP, Maximo, Oracle Customer Care, SharePoint 2010, FTTH etc.). Ensure support SLAs are met and align with Haya business process.
• Managed outsource professionals and accountable to lead the team for smooth and seamless IT Operation Management involving multiple locations.
• In charge of all application support contracts and ensure all contracts comply with SLA renewed on time.

. Prepare annual budget on CAPEX and OPEX categories for all business applications (which includes AMC, LICENCE COST, TRAINING, CONSULTANT CHARGES, and ADDITIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE etc) and seek appropriate approvals from management.
• Be pro-active to forecast domain developments and facilitate strategic alignments with upcoming needs and trends. More focus on supporting business people rather than services oriented applications.
•Managing IT department, reorganization and streamlined IT strategies, procedures and security guidelines at par with MODs business security practices in order to maintain Defence Information Availability, Confidentiality and Integrity.
.Led IT Department with a high-performance team of 12 professionals, flawlessly supporting IT functions for all MODES units. Arranged full-fledged training session for IT Professionals.
•Responsible for availability of all Computer Assets & Corporate information (Oracle Applications, Portal Intranet Solution, Vehicle Maintenance System) and maintain these entities in accordance with MODs principle.
•Hire and manage Information Technology professional to design, develop, implement & post implement support for MODs information systems. Ensure proper service level agreements in place for all third party access.
•Arranging professional training course for IT department users on Software development and IT infrastructure maintenance practices.

• In 2005, reasonably evaluated the exiting security architecture (Hardware, Software and Network infrastructure) setup and the security issues with data transfer & Exchange data maintenance and eventually implemented Integrated Market Surveillance System (IMSS) for SEBI India.
• Carefully and meticulously implemented the Disaster Recovery site for SEBI India.
• Guided a team of 21 technicians sustaining 900 desktops & 45 servers on domain in SEBI, Mumbai & other Metropolitans.
• Exemplarily steered the most widespread renovation of IT Department for SEBI with nine database instances for various departments under Sun Solaris with Oracle Developer 2000 environment in two-tier architecture (in 2001), exactly on time.
• Drove significant energy in maintenance of production (7X24) databases, administration of Sun Solaris 8, Oracle 8i Database, WEB Servers, Proxy Servers and SEBI Domain Servers.
• Confidently conducted IS Audits for NSE & BSE stock exchanges and broker firms in India along with functional professionals.
• In 2001, creatively devised and implemented Domain facility for SEBI, with 500 nodes covering various locations using Microsoft Active Directory and SMS solution along with zero downtime.
• Conceptualized and deployed a stout VPN solution for security market custodians to compile the information regarding Foreign Institutional Investment details for SEBI website.
• Played a key role as a Team member in implementation of iPlanet 5.2 proxy facilities on Sun Fire server and Trend Micro Web Manager Proxy service for clients to access internet facility for Head office (Mumbai) and regional offices in INDIA.
• Utilized in-depth knowledge on Oracle with Developer 2000 products while designing & deploying applications like Personal Information System, Intermediaries Information Systems, Receipts and Inward System, Investor Guidance Grievance system (IGMS) etc. for SEBI.
