controlling a stuff of 17 persons in different country; Dubai, Qatar, Egypt, Canada, usa and others .
control all the purchase order related to procurement department .
control the logistic department following the delivery from our stores in japan, china, Taiwan, usa, Europe, egypt and Dubai to ensure the delivery to our client in the best time .
control the stores with the minimum and the maximum quantity available and the distribution of the material; check the monthly inventory .
• Worked in Saudi Arabia, in Saudi Oger in the procurement department as a site section head kap1 project (305 sites around the kingdom) coordinates with the management, requestors and our buyers around the kingdom. Arrange a weekly report for the top management for the delivered material as well arrange a weekly budget for each site.
• Procurement Lead for Purchasing Department Oger Abu Dhabi for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Projects. This included the ‘Abu Dhabi Financial Centre’ and ‘Al Ain University’. This role involves the purchase of material over a wide range to meet the project demands. I have also been involved in the overseas sourcing of material from China in aid to set up blanket agreements and maximize bulk buying to provide additional savings to the business. This has involved participating in missions to China to meet suppliers on a face to face basis
