•In charge of the annual budget, monthly, and annual forecast
• Assigns duties and prepares work schedules for subordinates
•Ensures monthly, and yearly plan is met prior to deadlines
•Ensures compliance with company policy and quality standards set by the plant operation management team
•Reviews monthly performance reports with regards to technical processes, expenses, and inventory of material on hand
•Schedules and oversees regular maintenance of plant equipment used for the production and packing of detergents
•Responsible for managing monthly labor expenses and hiring / reduction of work force
•Reviews weekly man hour reports and implements changes to work plan as needed
•Prepares and submits monthly performance results to senior management
•Ensures compliance with company and Government safety regulations
