I joined Gulf Shadows Group one year ago, to be a head of Marketing Department, online and offline marketing. My main role was to make sure that the group have strong online presence.

What i did to Gulf Shadows?

1: I started with the server, to gather all the websites, domains and online systems in one place and one dedicated server from HostGator, to cut all the third party expenses.

2: I joined Google apps for Business program, And we start using Gmail as web client and i gave the employees training on how to use all the program features such as Gmail, Google Drive, Hangout, Calendar and much more features from Google Cloud. This move increased the communication performance, because the employees have 100% access to their data online anywhere, anytime and from any device (PC, Laptop, Tablets and mobiles). and for the company all emails and employees data are now stored online as an easy to manage archive. with no worry if an employee quit changing his password will make the company in the safe side.

3: i created e-commerce website for Gulf Shadows (www.gulfshadows.ae) using Magento platform, this website was the main website for the group and can manage both e-tail and wholesale online business.

4: i created a blog using wordpress platform (blog.gulfshadows.ae) to post all news and updates and event online.

5: i created a job portal using drupal platform (jobs.gulfshadows.ae) to manage all the applicants CV's online.

6: i created Online Marketing System for Email Marketing (mkt.gulf shadows.ae) to run all the Email campaigns with statistics that we need to analyse Email Campaigns such as (Clicks, Views, CTR, link Clicks ... etc).

7: i created an Online invoice approval system. Using Asp.net and MSSQL Server, with custom made CMS, this internal system increased the sales performance by digitizing the sales process. when a sales representer made a sales he just apload the invoice online and he well get approval for the items and the prices from the product managers, then he get the approval from the acountants, then the sales orders goes for the logistics team to make the delivery. and the clients have an access to track the sales order process and to track their shipments. with RMA system to handle RMA process.

8: As a distributor company i was responsible of our vendors online campaigns in our distribution area. i worked with very big brands such as Nvidia, AMD, Kingston, EVGA and Galaxy . I designed, translated and execute their campaigns online. Such As Facebook Campaigns Google adwords campaigns, Mailshots, Landing HTML pages, and web Banners and give them all the feedback they need to measure the performance of their campaigns.

9: Run Company daily campaigns, design and upload web banners and facebook posts, Send Newsletter and Mailshots for Hot Offers, Promotions, and announce new products. and give daily report from google analytics measring traffic on all our website.

10: Manage all social media accounts, Facebook Page, Twitter Account, Youtube Channel, Linkedin Group and company profile, instagram and pinterest.

11: Beside the main website i created also for the group Used Car Selling Website (www.qdsautocar.com) for QDS Auto Car company which is part of the Gulf Shadows Group. And Al Yanabee Real estate website (www.alyanabee.com) for AL Yanabee company which is also a part of Gulf Shadows Group.

For personal reason i could't contract with any company at this period. i worked from home for some clients. I created more than 7 websites at this time. i signed a contract with the company that i can't mention in any way that i helped them to create their own projects.

Analyzed, reviewed and modified web systems by designing, maintaining, documenting, testing, developing, publishing and monitoring them using ASP.Net, SQL Server, advanced jQuery and Photoshop. I lead a team of seven members, designers, developers and client servicing to deliver high quality websites and social media apps and Facebook tabs.
