Consult, implement and manage support for ERP System to fulfil Organization’s
industry 4.0 strategies
Lead Brenntag KSA project including SAP implementation, MDA, and other IT
infrastructure projects.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job
expectations, and appraising their performance
Administrating & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet networks.
Cisco & HP switch VLAN configuration/troubleshooting.
Establishes and Maintain network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Installing new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Manage and Maintain Windows domain based server infrastructure.
Responsible for managing and administrating office 365 services and maintaining the users with company policy.
Responsible for managing and administrating of websites and its Domain and host services.
Managing web applications systems such as Vehicle Management systems applications, Asset Management Systems and IT ticketing systems.
Monitoring the Security systems and Antivirus systems over group and report the analyzing about recent threat attempts to the Manager. Responsible to update all individual END Point Security Installations with latest updates and patches in-coordinate with other IT support Agents.
Managing and maintenance of cloud based attendance system which connected with the 70+ biometric devices all over the kingdom as well as other GCC countries.
Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups on Veeam backup application.
Research and recommendation of innovative, and automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identifying approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
Perform daily backup operations ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
Manage and Maintaining Active directory accounts.
Repairing and recovering from hardware or software failures. Coordinating and communicating with impacted constituencies.
Applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
Upgrading and configuring system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
Performing ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
Maintaining data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
Citrix Administration: Installation, configuration of Citrix Xen App servers and Client tools. Publishing applications in Citrix Xen App as per client’s requirements. Administrating Citrix Xen App Farms and license management.
Provided technical assistance to customers on inbound telephone tech support calls.
Used remote access to perform troubleshooting when needed.
Walked customers through step-by-step process for troubleshooting hardware issues.
