Installation of HVAC VRF Systems
- Direct and Manage Project work.
- Performing the required integration, communication with PMO,
Project stakeholders and project team to enhance project outcomes.
-Leading the team work to obtain project deliverables within
the project baselined Scope, Schedule and Cost.

-Monitor and control Execution of project activities with PM.
-Coordinate project activities with site engineers.
-Create work performance reports and maintain project baseline plans.
Installation of Fire alarm and fire fighting systems
-Planning and scheduling Fire Alarm and firefighting projects.
-Monitoring and controlling projects with site engineers and subcontractors.
-Following up Civil Defence Requirements for license approval.
-Following up material Delivery plans and coordinating with site needs.
-lead team development and training in order to upgrade performance.
-Conduct relevant customers meeting or negotiations regarding contracts
Maintenance of Fire alarm and firefighting systems
-Planning and scheduling maintenance visits
-Perform Inspections and prepare systems for license renewal
-Perform Systems renovation and the related cost.
-Performing Systems Integrations with other building systems
-Programming Fire alarm system Panels
Installation of fire alarm and fire fighting systems
-Preparation of site shop drawings and coordinating with other disciplines.
-Site Work Execution and preparation for material requests and resources
Requirements.
-Following up Customer, consultant and codes requirements in order to
Finalize inspection approvals.
Maintenance For Facility HVAC, Fire Fighting, Pneumatic Air Systems
-Performing Daily and weekly Systems Check
-Preparing for Material requests for maintenance purpose or preventive
Actions.
-Performing Performance Audit to improve quality.
-installation of DX and Package Ac Units
-Maintenance of Dx Units.
