As an intern at the Regional Tax Office (RTO) in Peshawar, I played a pivotal role in the IT section, where I was responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of critical software systems essential to the office's operations. In this role, I demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of tax-related processes. • Successfully maintained the Universal Self-Assessment System (USA), ensuring seamless taxpayer interactions and compliance.
• Enhanced the Iris software to bolster taxpayer data management and data security.
• Streamlined the E-file platform for improved user-friendliness and functionality.
• Ensured the accuracy of taxpayer records and compliance information by managing and updating the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) system.
• Contributed to the enhancement of the Sales Tax Risk Evaluation and Management System (STREAMS), resulting in more effective risk evaluation and increased revenue collection for the RTO.
During my tenure as a web developer at TeekSho, a dynamic startup specializing in home services, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's online presence and user experience. I was entrusted with diverse responsibilities that allowed me to hone my web development skills and contribute significantly to the company's growth.
