•Responsible for the setup Absence and Accruals and respective formulas for accrual calculation and carry over calculation.
•Payroll was designed on Monthly Salary Basis with Earnings and Deductions Element assign to Employees, Payroll Element design, Element Links and Salary Administration.
•Payroll Set Ups & Defining different Payment Methods for different Employees.
•Manage Managers Self Service, Employees Self Service through SSHR by their responsibilities.
•Requirement gathering and Preparation of document as per client requirement.
•Mapping the business process with the standard functionality of Oracle Application.
•System Administrator’s functionality: Creation of Users, Responsibilities etc…
•Developed different types of XML Publisher Reports.
•Customizations of Seeded Reports.

• Maintain schedule for project and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled. Evaluate actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates.
• Provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedule.
• Preparing S-curve, Over-all Progress Summary.
• Summary, Construction Progress Summary.
• Coordinating with the Client and preparing the Change Order.
• Scheduling Two Weeks, 1 & 3 months look ahead Schedule.
