I receive the patient from out patient department, check the vital sign, connect the patient to the monitor, insert intravenous line and give the medication as ordered then I make afollow up charge and observe intake and out put charge daily electrocardiogram, dressing according to the wound (infected or not) and eventually I wrote a report about the patient and remarks and instructions for my patient and give handover
