Responsible of resolving logistics and customer care escalations in English and Arabic across
multiple regions, primarily EMEA. Assigned to deal with priority escalations from VIP customers,
partners, distributors and internal account teams (including providing training and conducting
seminars on Juniper's customer care and logistics systems and processes). Also my responsibilities

• Main contact for service providers
- Solve transportation constraints and expedite incoming flow of goods.
- Ensure shipment documents are in order and manage liaison with suppliers and origin stations.
- Generate reports seeking opportunities to improve ETA efficiency and give input on vendor
performance.
• Monitor stocked parts in local warehouses
- Ensure fewer costs are made for shipping while optimal transfer of goods.
- Match needs to supply capabilities and keeping stock replenished.
• Deliver customer service
- Handle inquiries including post-order fulfillment transactions.
- Process customer feedback on services delivered.
- Being main contact for VIP customers.
• Ensure quality of service by identifying completed orders or shipments for feedback and
incomplete for action and analysis.
• Validate, determine availability for sales orders (SO).
• Validate and follow up on purchase orders (PO).
• Validate, process and monitor RMAs.
• Monitor order status and generate products licenses.
Role required proficiency in the following software systems Siebel, Clarify, Oracle, SCMC,
LMS, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), PeopleSoft and Adobe.
