1- Mechanical Works:
*Installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC. *Installation, testing & commissioning of Firefighting. *Installation, testing & commissioning of Water supply & Drainage.
2- Supervision & management of MEP works.
Mechanical supervision on Lusail Car Parks Project ( LUCP).
( HVAC - Fire Fighting - Plumbing - Moving walks
1- Supervise Technical department (Design & Estimation).
2- Supervise Sales department.
3- People Management.
4- Select, develop, coach, and manage staff.
5- Optimize manpower, equipment and material allocation, availability and usage between various projects.
6- Regularly communicate, formally and informally company goals, policies, plans and priorities.
7- Act as steward of company culture; communicate and influence policies and procedures.
8- Assign and oversee direct reports and other staff as required for project implementation.
9- Manage Revenue and Operational System.
10- Analyze and deliver accurate and timely financial results.
11- Intimately know and understand detailed jobs costs and create recovery plans for implementation on any projects with margin slippage.
12- Review project schedules and budgets.
13- Develop and maintain professional relationships with people in other departments (internal partners). Be a leader in collaboration.
14- Involve people in other departments in discussions and projects when appropriate.
15- Provide support to people in other departments when requested and appropriate.
16- Coordinate implementation handoffs between internal departments.
17- Participate as leader within the company management team to influence positively the growth of operation management team.
1- HVAC takeoff and estimated costing.
2- Preparation of technical and financial offers.
3- Preparation and finalizing Contracts with clients.
4- Heat Load Calculation using Carrier’s Hourly Analysis Program (HAP).
5- Air system design and calculation (from Unit selection to ducting and terminals).
6- DX split & central system design and calculation.
7- Ventilation system for various applications design and calculation.
8- Coordination with other trades in order to provide coordinated design.
9- Determines project plan based on site condition, standard details, project specifications, customer requirements, and performance standards.
10- Determines project schedule based on project plan, calculating time requirements and project sequencing elements.
11- Review material submittals based on standard details and project specifications.
12- Review coordination drawings based on site condition, standard details and project specifications.
13- Progress follow up with site engineers.
14- Working closely with the project controls department to develop an overall schedule for labor, equipment and materials.
15- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
16- Control the project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor’s contracts.
17- Fully aware of procurement scenario starting from acquiring the quotation until delivery.
18- Preparation of monthly progress invoices and project status reports
18- Able to perform required investigations for any problem happened in the project and provide required solutions (either total system change or cost-effective solutions).
