Manage the relationship with strategic partners/vendors.
• Ensure alignment of strategic partner services with business needs.
• Ensure strategic partners fulfill contract commitments and obligations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the IT organization.
• Establish and maintain an escalation process for strategic partner engagements.
• Maintain and administer document repositories for contract engagement documents as appropriate.
• Review and validate SLA (service level agreement) reports.
• Update of SLAs with strategic partner engagements as needed.
• Track and escalate issues to resolution as required . . related to strategic partner engagements and/or performance.
• Review monthly Partner Performance Reports to monitor partner service delivery.
• Monitoring of strategic partner overall performance.
• Provide and manage formal review and approval mechanisms to ensure strategic partner contract compliance.
• Document and reduce strategic partner risk associated to contractual and engagement activities.
• Adhere to a standardized approach to manage strategic partners.
