My Job Role Is
performance and up time monitoring; VoIP administration; system upgrades including
OS patches and virus definition updates; failed hardware replacement; and power
monitoring and allocation.
LAN and WAN installation, configuration, and support and IOS updates (Cisco routers,
switches, firewalls, concentrators).
Configured routers between sites, IP Sec LAN-to-LAN VPN tunnels.
Manage Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Outlook, Windows Mail and Spam filter.
Responsible for network documentation and weekly reports.
Regularly provide either on-site or remote support to end users.
Spearheaded numerous migrations and upgraded to include the replacement of our core
router and core switch.
Work closely with clients on concepts and business direction to derive the right type of
creative.
- Prepare proposals for clients.
- Design catalogues, packaging, labels, logos for bakes and etc.
- Established a portrait and event graphic design business.
