As a System Administrator at Qatar Steel Company I am primarily responsible for Its 3000+ Users AD, Exchange and Private Cloud environment, which consists of VMware clusters, Hyper-V fail over clusters and HP/ NetApp SAN storages End Point Protection solution and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) are managed by me as well.
These duties further adds below activities,
1. HP proliant Blade Enclosure Management(c 7000)
• Onboard Administration
• Blade Server Management(BL 460c Gen 1- Gen 8)
• Virtual Connect Management - server profiles and network configuration
• Primary Configuration of SAN connections
2. Install and Configure ESX/ESXi or in host servers
• Network and SAN connection
• VCenter configuration for VmWare hosts and clusters.
•
3. Hyper-V Fail over clusters and stand-alone Hosts.
4. AD Management for 3000 users and their mailboxes spread over in 5 Databases and 5 Server which is Highly Available and DR sites.
5. Mange SharePoint Farm and its Right protected Documents
6. Symantec and Kaspersky EPP solutions and Device Management.
7. Work with Symantec Netbackup team to configure Backup and restore of VMs, Mailbox databases, File Servers etc.
8. Linux Server Management.- Open Source server for ERP portals are being managed to install, configure network and storage including LVM.
Designing, Implementing, and troubleshooting customer’s IT infrastructure with minimum capital expenditure and more accessibility. Execution of the plans by providing technical leadership and guidance during site survey, technical discussion and deployment activities. Study the customer requirement and provide apt software solution which suites for their business .
As a Systems Project Lead it is a dedicated team role with deep technical knowledge and I am responsible for managing and analyzing the systems configuration (analysis, configuration, and testing) of the technology platform for a client teams’ administration system.

• Pro-active software updates and applying OS and Software patches
• Tweaking the Operating Systems for optimum performance
• Security audit, custom security measures and server side Firewall
• Managing DSL accounts.
• Prepare Windows domain, install and configure Exchange server 2003
• Plan and execute Domain and Exchange Migrations
