Cairo Festival Living fully finished apartment project comprising 7 blocks (341 apt)
Role :
- Implement a Quality System conforming to / asserting goals.
- Development, maintenance and monitoring of implementation of PQP.
- Compile a comprehensive written Procedural System to ensure all work instructions are clear responsibilities are well defined, and that all activities and actions are carried out and in an audit able manner.
Ensure the contract specifications are met.
Ensure that procedures preempt potential errors and misunderstandings in documents, materials or construction.
- Ensure that construction methods are adopted;
- Apply a system to control non conformances, should such arise, and implement requisite corrective and preventive actions.
- Development, maintenance & monitoring of implementation of PIPs (ITPs)
- Determination of any adverse quality trends and taking requisite action, in conjunction with others as appropriate, to address issues arising.
- Produce reports regarding non conformance quality of products and processes.
- Review of NCR’s and devising proposals to engender continuous improvement
- Overseeing material compliance testing
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated & that the product modifications are investigated as necessary
- Advise purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from suppliers

-Development, maintenance and monitoring of implementation of PQP
-Development, maintenance and monitoring of implementation of PIPs (ITPs)
-Determination of any adverse quality trends and taking requisite action, in conjunction
with others as appropriate, to address issues arising.
-Revise for approved shop drawings, BOQ and specifications prior to construction.
-Produce reports regarding non conformance quality of products and processes.
-Review of NCR’s and devising proposals to engender continuous improvement
-Overseeing material compliance testing
-Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation -Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and
that the product modifications are investigated as necessary
-Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from suppliers
-Determine and approve sufficient resources (personnel, materials, plant / equipment etc.) to ensure adequate implementation of the PQP

•Site Supervision and survilliance to assure the appropriate level of quality of all architectural finishing disciplines complying with methods of statements, project standard manuals and ASTM.

● ZONE (E) and (G) comprising of :
Cinema complex, Food Court, 20 dinning outlets, Carrefour hypermarket, retail public areas 3 stories Car park and Service rooms, BOH & FOH Staircases handrails allover Project zones comprising of:-
(Steel, stainless steel and glass handrails)
 Site Supervision & surveillance to assure appropriate level of quality of all architectural
finishing disciplines complying with methods of statements, project standard manuals.
 Implements quality assurance/control practices, procedures & test plans.
 Review and ensure quality plans submitted by subcontractors.
 Directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality
standards for construction processes, materials, and products.
 Produce reports regarding non conformance quality of products and processes.
 Develops and Interprets standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
assists workers in resolving technical problems.
 Audit and inspect subcontractor facilities including external laboratories.
 Verifying materials, in a process samples, meet testing and inspection standards.
 Instruct subcontractors on quality guidelines and procedures to eliminate deficiencies.

● Design Development, overall management and technical coordination of the entire design process and periodic reporting of progress to Principal
● Establish, maintain and monitor the implementation of the Project Design Plan
● Ensure the appropriate assignment of responsibilities to involved designers, timely design reviews, adequate design methodologies and validation proposals
● Ensure designs are documented fully and expressed in terms readily able to be verified against design briefs, design output meets design input requirements.
● Ensure that, at appropriate stages, documented design verification is undertaken to ensure that resulting designs meets design brief requirements, reviewing the design
stage documents before release
● Participate in value engineering and the timely development and submission of proposals for change to Client’s Representative for consideration
● Participate in preparation of projects contracts, analysis and feasibility studies.

enior Project engineer Owner's on-Site Representative:
 Monitor construction progress, site supervision & inspection of architectural
works of the main contractor "Laing-CRC" such as Special finishes, millwork,
Marble & aluminum works for the Shopping mall, Residential tower, Public
area and all the project facades
 Monitor construction progress, site supervision & inspection of tenant
improvement for the Residence and the Shopping Mall, coordinating between
Residential and Shopping mall tenants and First Arabian Management
 Quality control, site inspection on execution of architectural finishing works, at
the Residential tower, shopping mall and the Four Season hotel.
 Participating in architectural modifications inside the complex (Design,
Working drawings details and supervising)
