Special Projects Team Leader. Handling E-Commerce Projects, Banks Projects & different projects. Managing the team which is consists of 2 Supervisors, 20Team Members & 22 Delivery Couriers. Directly reported to the Western Province Operations Manager.
Manage the delivery solutions, maximize the couriers performance, manage the warehouse utilities, problem solving, customer service in delivery issues, specify the weakness points and enhance it by analysis and prompt action, leading the couriers "60 ground couriers" to achieve their targets.
Implementation of the software " Microsoft Dynamics AX " and find the solutions to client for thier issues & obsticals.
Revise and make the quotations using SAP and study the inquiries including the details of drawings specifications to accept it or refuse it, and then release the sales order in the SAP system by coordination with production planner.
Make the sales and delivery monthly plan based on the quantities of quotations & sales orders already released and provide the Sales & Marketing Manager with reports to follow up with costumers.
