Main Roles / Responsibilities as Swap integration engineer:
• Management of swap activities by following/updating the swap process and guideline for telecom projects nationwide.
• Lead the Rollout swap teams to achieve swap activities objectives.
• Managing the Issue tracker for swap activities and escalating to corresponding project teams to get solved.
• Preparation the swap notification and report for each swap activity.
• Provide project management consultation to steering committees.
• Scope was no limited to Indoor/Outdoor/Enclosure, 2G/3G, GF/RT/COW/GRD sites)
• Swap from Ericsson to Huawei Equipments 2G /3G
• 2G expansion (cabinet, card, band, TRXs upgrade)
• Concentric to normal and normal to concentric cell conversion
• 2G cells expansion and conversion between Normal and concentric
• 2G, 3G IPRAN migration
• 2G, 3G new sites creation and commissioning
• 2G /3G swap preparation
• 3G expansion board, 1st, 2nd and 3rd carriers

Job description details:
• Maintaining certain agreed level of Network performance, availability,
accessibility, integrity and usability by monitoring, analyzing and reporting
predefined Key Performance indicators (KPls).
• KPI analysis and parameters optimization
• Ensure maximum possible service coverage availability and perfect performance.
• 2G and 3G faults troubleshooting.
•Atoll and Wcell optimization tools
• 2G expansion and new site configuration.
• Handle trouble ticket within SLA or assign it to a certain team depend on the alarm
• follow up the Field maintenance engineers for troubleshooting support
• Handle the customer complain trouble tickets.
• Timely response to Fault complaint.
• Timely response to acknowledged Fault SLA
• Produce relevant report for Network Incidences/Outages.
• Analyze the complexity of the Fault and escalate as necessary
• Good experience to deal with Huawei tool M2000, U2000, MML command and LMT
