Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and directing projects, making plans to accomplish goals and directing integration of technical activities.
• Reading and analyzing consultant drawing and prepare shop drawing according to the site condition for multi-storied buildings.
• Installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems to ensure the desired quality and meet the standards as per spec.
• Worked closely with the technicians to troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical problems.
• Played a key role in preparing cost estimates of the project; shaped development works with accurate interpretation of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical/ financial problems for preparation of tender specifications.
• Hold a weekly meeting with project manager to review the following
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Review the weekly, monthly progress report Initiate transfer, recruitment, or repatriation of resources from and to the different projects and provide support for all operations and extension requests.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analysis all MEP drawing materials, Schedules, Program of work etc.
• Attending weekly and monthly meeting along with consultant and main -subcontractors.
• Preparing weekly and monthly report -Reported with manager and construction manager.
• Materials and work inspection to inspect with consultant.
• Preparing as Build Drawing (Auto Cad) Day to day Monitoring work and planning entire work.
• Monitoring of work as per specification, local and international standard codes.
• Identification of subcontractors and suppliers & Collecting question & close coordination with subcontractors.
• Rising IR, IIR of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.
• Attending authority inspection’s as per the project schedule. Attending all testing and commissioning of MEP services
• Lead the team of sourcing, procurement, and logistics professionals (SCM: Supply Chain Management Process: complete cycle from demand to payment) which support supplying or services.
• Contract, Project, and Change Management, Cost Controls of the Project to meet productivity targets, and Manage budgets & forecasts.
• Prepare labor histograms in line with the baseline schedule and arrange their permits.
