- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives and client satisfaction.
-Manage the interior fit out works for shops, restaurants, offices, etc
-Develop a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms
-Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget
-Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project
-Ensure the proper coordination with all stakeholders
-Ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets without compromising on Quality & Safety
-Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required
-Lead and manage a team of site supervisors to oversee the daily site works and to achieve the required goals
-Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant's Coordinators
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
Coordinating and managing on site construction works and contractors’ works through the project phases.
Preparing the Daily and Weekly progress reports concerning the project execution.
Managing Resources Mobilization & allocation through the Project in Field.
Inspecting the commenced works & validating scope of work fulfilling the requirements.
Perform the required level of Quality Control & Monitoring the works execution through the construction phase.
Handling the Labor Development and upgrading program on Site.
Controlling the time schedule of the work activities.
