Responsible for building the company foundation as structure, lines of business, travel
solutions, and company tools.

UAE region:
• Act as the face-to-face key point contract for accommodation supplier vendors to
maintain the relationship for matters related to contracting, operational, commercial
or financial activities.
• Negotiate the initial purchase of the contract with new suppliers and contract
renewals. Conditions include rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing
contributions, overrides, cancellation policy, credit terms, pricing model (net or
commission etc.).
• Maintain and expand the company portfolio according to targets, ensuring product
diversity for our customer base: 1*-5*, hotels.
• Understand, analyze and identify Trends and Opportunities from Region's Trading
Report, Destination News, and happenings, including the extraction from our
statistics database of KPIs.
• Conduct site inspections and attend trade shows and workshops to promote the
company values.
• Follow up with the data entry team to ensure the extranet workflow and suppliers,
inventory, updates
Responsible for destinations and vacation packages, contracting, suppliers and
vendors, B2C promotions and destinations.
• Analyze the reservation history and the sales broadcast to identify the top
destinations and top selling products.
• Creating and quoting vacation packages to ensure product variety and
competitiveness.
• Comparing suppliers’ rates and services for each destination to ensure quality and
revenue
• Assist and coach sales team for the product knowledge and sales approach
Manage and support the sales team for daily workflow including adherence,
performance, and the company values compliance.
• Coaching and training the sales team to ensure the KPI’s are achieved.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss the performance and identify the points of
improvement & action plans.
• Monitor and analyze the team performance and implement action plans.
• Admin responsibility such as payroll info leaves approval and moral conflicts.
• Support the performance management with reports and performance forecast
