1- Implements Human Resources and Personnel policies and processes to ensure effective application of HR standards.
2- Executes innovative solutions that realize the requirements set out in the HR agenda such as organization and people development, reward strategies and change management to ensure timely and quality implementation of the HR agenda.
3- Executes in collaboration with Managers and the functional heads agreed changes in the organization to ensure timely and accurate plan implementation.
4- Administer the cascades plans of MAS Values in the plants & Market. Executes agreed initiatives that support understanding and living it to build a positive business culture.
5- Arranges for filing the plant vacancies by promotion, transfer or outside recruitment to provide the most effective workforce and support people development.
6- Prepares training needs analysis and administers delivery of training and development initiatives to ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed initiatives.
7- Executes in coordination with the functional heads the administration of OHS and round table meetings, as well as executing the action plans agreed to maintain a healthy work environment.
8- Executes in coordination with the functional managers the agreed communication plans and initiatives to ensures the individual and collective relationships between the business and its people are healthy, open and collaborative.
9- Handling the relation with the social insurance & labor Offices.
10- Supervises salary administration and payroll.
11- Keep record of insurance coverage, wage and salary reports. Responsible for personnel systems and transactions, such as (hires requirements, transfers, terminations, vacations and attendance).Handling the opening and updating of the employee files. and Responsible for all administration work (announcement boards, drivers and cars….etc.)
