*Making full structural designs for different kinds of buildings (Malls, Residential Buildings, Mosques.. etc) according to BS8110 & ACI318.
*Getting the approval from Dubai Municipality on the designs including handling the discussions with DM Engineers, attending their
comments and dealing with DM system.
*Handling all structural related issues in the site, advising with the solution in a detailed drawings and supervising its execution as a consultant representative.
*Approving the shop drawings and calculations submitted by subcontractors (Steel, Façade, Post Tension, Precast, shoring..) and confirming meeting it to all engineering requirements.
- Support the development of concept structural designs, including all required drawings
and reports for discussion with clients
- Coordinate with other design specializations (e.g. Architecture, Electrical,
Mechanical) across all design stages.
- BIM modeling/coordination.
- Create/Review finite element models for analysis.
- Perform structural design using governing codes and standards.
- Provide drawings and/or sketches for designs to be incorporated in construction
drawings by drafters.
Teach Revit Structure Basic and Advanced courses for both engineering students and graduate engineers at many Autodesk certified centers such as:
-Jelecom ( Ain Shams University & downtown branches)
-Engineering Academy ( 6th of october)
- ISI ( El-manial)
