1- Record all entries related to Sister company transactions
2- follow up with all banks limits as contract
3- Managing the cash flow cycle
4- calculate and mange Banks pass due
5- Review all issued LG`s & LC
6- Communicate with all banks representatives to fix any problems
7- Monitoring all petty cash transactions
8- Monitoring and review all issued checks
9- quarterly Confirmation with all Sis-Company's
10- Review all documents needed for audit purpose upon request .
11- set with audit guy to Finalize quarter problems
12- Preparing monthly debit report & Itemized Debt Report with the treasury department
