- Group Financial Analyst :

* Posting and analyzing monthly and quarterly closing activities, including journal entries, general ledger and cost allocations of expenses based on the milestones and production schedules
* Performing account analysis and reconciliations.
* Researching account transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Responsible for monthly close of individual companies within the consolidated group statements.
* Analyzing financial data and preparing financial statements and accounting information and reports for senior managers and directors and proposing recommendations.

* Experience in preparing and reviewing budgets, revenue, expenses, invoices, and other accounting documents.
* Responsible for Preparing Monthly, Quarterly Consolidated Financial Statements
* Responsible for the chart of accounts & Profit Center Mapping within Different views.
* Standing up with the Business Solutions Dept.to produce automated reports to the related parties due to well understanding of Business & chart of accounts.
* Reporting for the entities of (Egypt, Dubai, Iraq, Russia, UK, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and KSA).
- Group Financial Systems Support :
* assist group finance users to identify requirements, coordinates systems implementation projects.
* assist in resolving any problems reported by users and coordinates with IT.
* provides system documentation when required and leads the communication process between finance users and the software development team.
* Identify the finance user’s expectations and ensure its shared understanding on an ongoing basis.
* Work on financial systems implementation projects.
* Ensure proper assessment of Accounting Users readiness for system deployment.
* Perform any necessary preparations to fill any gaps
* Coordinate financial systems users’ testing and drive their validation of new releases/versions
* Coordinate systems user training.
* Identify accounting system operational methods and design the necessary policies & procedures to govern its utilization.
* Revise the policies and standards to meet changing requirements.
* Develop and implement monitoring plan to ensure the systems are applied perfectly.
* Resolve any service and quality issues related to the incorporated operational method and/or the users quality of work.
* Coordinate with the IT Department to resolve any issues related to software quality and recommend solutions to control and minimize users’ errors.
* Cost accountant and financial analysis of the data in the organization to determine the cost of doing business.
Prepare reports for management that the details of costs and their impact on profits.
Preparing journal entries and ensure the organization compliance with regulatory . Agencies and tax legislation
Also, assists in the inventory cycle count and activities
Principal Duties
* Responsible for monitoring goods in transit and inventory movement for machines, power systems, spare parts
* Revising and Distributing clearance, transportation, freight and insurance expenses for all power systems, construction, spare parts cost centers according to the importation process.
* Recording all the purchases processes whether from local or foreign vendors into both Subsidiary and General ledger Account.
* Over regarding goods in transit, stock and take the necessary adjusting entries monthly.
* Handling local vendors' accounts and preceding their pay
* Updating foreign vendor's accounts and checks their payments
* Adjusting the cost of goods sold items during the month via using the estimated cost analysis process.
* Preparing the monthly statement of account for each delegate working in clearance department to control and assure the correctness of his account.
* Prepare monthly financial reports inspecting the following:
1- Sales, Gross profit and cost analysis.
2-Inventory breakdown analysis
3-Credit sales report
4-Custom clearance expense report
5-Stock report
6-Variance between the actual gross profit and the budgeted gross profit for each cost centers
