❑ Property Project Manager in VODAFONE QATAR: 01/07/2012 till now.
Job Description: • Conduct and supervise the periodic civil & Architectural maintenance works for 6th Horizon, Smart village Buildings.
• Managing special civil works for switches and computer rooms (raised flooring, ceiling tiles, strengthening works, fit out, expansions and renovation)
• Manage all space planning activities as the following: ❑ Meeting needs of the customer and company organizational structure.
❑ Optimal usage of the space.
❑ Furniture installation.
❑ As built drawings.
• Supervise space planning database, furniture inventory database.
• Participate as a project owner in Major moves across Vodafone premises.
• Opex & Capex forecasting for annually spare parts requirements and Budget vs. projects planning.
• Optimization for spare parts usage within budget.
• Budgeting and implementing for all maintenance and special projects that mainly have civil scope.
• Planning the annual civil maintenance plan including all functions (gathering needs by meeting with team members, forecasting of material needed and working procedure according to available time frame and business continuity and apply execution vs. budget)

1. Managing 2 key projects for Vodafone Qatar: a. QSTP Office Refitting, (ongoing)
b. VIP Customer Experience Centre - West Bay -Doha-Qatar (ongoing)
2. New Vodafone Retail Store in Smart Village as project manager
3. New Era for NMC (Network Management Center) in Smart Village that serve all Vodafone network according to new standards. (Project Manager)
4. Vodafone Egypt Head Quarter Building as a project manager for HQ Renovation Project and many expansion projects.
5. New EXCO office Project as project manager.
6. Vodafone Egypt Link building-Smart Village as a Project Owner for Enhancement Project.
7. Vodafone Egypt Head Quarter Building as a project owner in the Move Team.
8. Project Manager for Smart Campus - cafeteria expansion
9. Vodafone Campus in Smart Village as the following: -
o Technical Support Engineer.
o Space planning engineer.
o Site Supervision for interior setup.
o Project owner for Executives floor new setup according to new company seating and furnishing policy.
o Implement all civil enhancements after construction period for the new office building in smart village (C3), by consolidate all snags and managing works to bring the building to its optimum efficiency.
