Works:
• Exceed targets for shows including overall numbers of exhibitors, exhibitor mix, stand sales, and sponsorship.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales
• Write detailed proposals and deliver them to clients on time
• Drawing & maintaining accurate floor plans
• During an event provide on-site management and support to customers/clients/other staff members etc.
• Understand and monitor competitors by visiting and canvasing at industry and competitor events
• Gain market intelligence through developing a close working relationship with major clients and use of related media
• Assisting with the operations process to ensure the quality of manuals, catalogs, etc.
• Developing worldwide sales network of particular fairs by conducting research on the specific industry of the related trade show, getting wide information about the industry and the market
• Maintaining effective relationships with customers, media partners, sales agents, trade organizations, governmental bodies, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other partners as required
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and post-show reports, and evaluating marketing campaigns.

• Responsible for and manage the Middle East and Latin American market, For the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Tunisia, Bahrain, Oman, UAE, and Kuwait), For Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil, and Argentina), and some African countries such as(South Africa, Kenya).
