Position: Mechanical/construction Site Engineer.
Scope of work: Installation, Testing, Start-up and Commissioning of HVAC system.
System description: Water Cooled Chiller (4 nos) with capacity of 635 Ref. Ton each including Cooling towers, pumps, Air separators, sand separators, Expansion tank and AHUs & FCUs, piping network for high rise building with total volume of 180 cubic meters.
Equipment Engineer caring out preparation, Planning, material arrangement, erection and installation for Fan Coolers (Static and Rotary), Flare and Vessels internals according to international standards and AGIP standard.
Side experience:
* Preparing Rigging study.
* Preparing Method statement.
* Preparing Work Risk Assessment Procedure.
* Full understand with permit to work procedure (AGIP KCO certificate attached).
Steel structure engineer carrying out erection, modification according the international standards (AWS D1.1) and DOW standard.
• Managing sub-contractor and company man power to carrying out the job to
be complete and inspection to be done.
• Follow up the primary and final punch list.
Control the construction projects with the client (Vodafone).
Coordinate the work and the activities between the departments.
