-Designing and performing cement jobs in land rigs & Offshore Rigs.
- Comply with all Company & Regulatory HSE & Quality and IT standards and policies.
- Ensures that the correct People, Equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and ready to perform the job.
- Completes all the required pre and post job paper work and job tickets on time.
- Ensures preventive maintenance on WS equipment is performed.
- Develops Technical knowledge in design and evaluation working closely with the mentor.
- Works with Manager and TDS to prepare for future career options.
- Stands in for FSM when on vacation.
- Coaches and mentors less experienced employees.
- Get the second position in the School at STC (Russia) for FS-1.
- Work with 8 different Clients in land Rigs & offshore Rigs
-Study projects such as (BOP for GIZA NORTH and BANHA Power Stations-West DIMYATA Power Plant-Boiler Rehabilitation for WALYDIA & ATAKA Power Plant- Gas Turbines for GIZA NORTH and BANHA Power Stations-Water Treatment El-Ain El-Sokhana Project-Ethydco Petro chemical Project- SHOAIBA II Saudi Arabia Turnkey Project- JEDDAH South Saudi Arabia Turnkey Project),
for Contractors (INITEC-TOSHIBA-KAHRAFI NATIONAL-BABCOCK BORSIG-ALSTOM-MHI-SEPCOO III-VEOILA-GS Engineering & Construction Corp-ALFANAR Construction).
- Consult with Clients, Vendors.
-Analyze drawings, scope of work, specifications
-Prepare estimates for purposes such as planning, organizing, and Scheduling work
- Selecting vendors or sub-contractors.
-Submit offers.
- Technical Advisor.
- Follow up progress.
- Submit Schedules for activities.
- Submit Invoices.
- Cost Control.
-Quantity Surveyor
-Study projects such as ( BOP for GIZA NORTH and BANHA Power Stations) for Contractors ( INITEC -TOSHIBA)
-Consult with Clients, Vendors.
-Analyze drawings, scope of work, specifications
-Prepare estimates for purposes such as planning, organizing,
Scheduling work and selecting vendors or sub-contractors.
-Submit offers.
- Arrange the welders according the job.
- Instruct the welders for the welding.
- Control the welding rod.
- Making visual test for welding.
-Quality control for the piping systems.
- Inspection for the pipe welding by (NDT).
- Making pressure test for pipe lines.
-Check dimension for foundation.
-Check dimension for duct system.
-Follow up the production.
- Reporting the status for the production daily.
- Arrange workers according the status of the work.
-Maintance for equipment machines
-follow up the production lines
-programming for the local equipment machines via PLC
In the technical office: had brief in-site courses in:
(Flight control, Jet Engines).
-At the site: Learnt how to :( Maintenance work which is done in the 3 Hangers:6000-7000-8000)

(Safety, Quality control, Quality assurance, Project co-ordination, Project planning and Project management).
