• Lead and manage the lifecycle of multiple jusidicial products with the develompent, QA, and the business team from the idea validation/ministry direction to releasing and post-live support.
• Collaborate with the business, AI-squad, INT, Cyber Security, and Legal to validate their impacts, obtain mandatory approvals, and ensure common alignment and integrity along the way.
• Work closely with design & architecture teams to comply with the design system guidelines and architecture patterns policies & guardrails.
• Oversee the DB migration activities from the legacy systems; validate completeness, progress, address issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor metrics like build success rate, code coverage, defect leakage, lead/cycle time, velocity, burn-down charts, and commitment vs. completion trends to spot bottlenecks & pitfalls, and continously plan for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Drove the design, development, and scaling of mission-critical logistics and postal workflows using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and modern frontend technologies (Angular, Vue.js).
