Job Description:
Responsible of all the mechanical constructions projects in the offshore central area platforms (Piping, Vessel repair & Steel Structures) from project study to delivery:
• Conduct Cost estimation, identify and control hazards, risk assessment.
• Project Management: project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects, expected quality, budget, resources plan and implementation approach.
• Create an accurate Bill Of Materials
• Project Execution resolving operational problems and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases
• Maintains safe working environment by enforcing permits, procedures, safety meetings and stand downs, emergency plan, rules, and regulations
• Microsoft Project
Sample of Projects:
 Production Headers and Piping@ S/A platform (Budget 400, 000$)
 Separators recycling piping @Badri platform ( Budget: 300.000$)
 Fire Fighting System M#55 & Badri (Budget: Each 300.000$)

Monitor the process to the production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly process. Inspect, test then analyse the results with those responsible and take preventive actions.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt - American Society of Quality.
• Sigma level growth from 3.9 to 4.8
• Founder of the LIFE-TIME lab for long tests in realistic conditions.
• Adding analysis tools to the QC/QA documents like (Pareto chart, Acceptance quality limits.
• Adding Freon leakage test on the production line in earlier stages.
