Project Management: Leading many projects in designing, Managing several government projects, which include designing, drawing, pricing, creating tables of quantities and plans, and some other projects concerned with studying the building in terms of its potential for restoration or demolition, with pricing for all project items. Cost Management: finding the best materials and suppliers with best prices which lead to achieve better profit for the company.
Manage the work at the project: leading the work at site and following the project schedule to achieve the best efficiency of man power and prevent any delays in materials delivery - increase the work quality and deliver the best outcome in shorter time. Calculate the project Quantities: determined the material needed following the Specifications and design drawings - leads to accurate quantities for the work, make accurate dues and less wastage of materials. Cost Management: finding the best materials and suppliers with best prices which lead to achieve better profit for the company. Making quotations for projects: make a quotation for various projects with competitor prices and a valuable profit for the company.

Quantities surveyor: Calculate cut and fill quantities and coordinate with field surveyor to reach best level in cut, fill and subgrade without any extra work and cost. Determined the location of building foundations and level of excavation.
