Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. 1. Products and services in an effective manner by :
a. Determining market strategies & goals for each product and service.
b. Doing market research to determine customer needs& providing
information to other staff.
c. Evaluating product & service marketability in terms of customers
technical & manufacturing needs.
d. Maintaining up to date understanding of industry trends and technical
that effect target markets.
2. Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and
effective manner by :
a. Making presentations to users, suppliers.
b. Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on
leads.
c. Establishing long-term, ongoing repeat relationships
d. Acting to close deals & finalize contacts.
e. Resolving problems with products and services.
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue .
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the account Director, Sales or other Q-Bridge support.
• Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
• Reports to the account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
• Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.
• Sell VoIP for corporate technology and communications systems.
• Build MARKET position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Keep abreast of current technology TRENDS.
• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
• LEVERAGE the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.
• Book and install new lines/circuits/bundles/services to meet established monthly quotas.
• Write and submit accurate orders.
• Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
• Manage a territory using technology, prioritization and time MANAGEMENT skills.
• Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
• Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
• Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship.
• Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to MARKETING.
