• State annually Training and Development' Plan and Budget that breaks through all company, departments, and individual levels, and follow up training records stands for. Compromise training needs with proposed objectives per department
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) formulation, review, follow up, evaluation, and assessment.
• Update and modify all job description for all employees, through investigating related job analysis, job nature, job context, and human requirements for each.
• Cooperate and Coordinate among all divisions to state and evaluate annually KPI's, built a tracking structure for each, and a scientific sequence regarding project management implementation across, in order to gaining SMART KPI, and ease of follow up for each.

• Abide with Group HR objectives in insuring, consistent PDS/PA for employees, investigate all diversion factors affect department overall consolidated reports, recommend adjustment multipliers for departments taking into considerations Departmental KPI's and Achievements.
• Cooperate and Coordinate among all divisions to state and evaluate annually KPI's, built a tracking structure for each, and a scientific sequence regarding project management implementation across, in order to gaining SMART KPI, and ease of follow up for each.
• Have a good knowledge of: GSM /HR Module, E-recruitment, HRMS, Labor Law
• Data Entry.
• Entry all the goods.
