Managing the maintenance of all plants in KSA (preventive, predictive and corrective) to minimize the downtime and the cost.
Managing the projects in the western region of Saudi Arabia and supporting the maintenance in all Saveto factories as the following details:
1. Managing and supervision on the building of the new plants.including the installation of machinery and accessories.
2. Deal with the machines suppliers to improve the performance.
3. Supervision on the commissioning.
4. Help the maintenance department to solve the problems.
5. Identify and purchase of spare parts for factories.
6. Studying the new projects and give the suggestions.
1. Determine the required spare parts and machines for all factories.
2. Supervision on building of new factory and machines installation (electrical, mechanical, civil, and planning ).
3. Supervision on upgrade of existing factories.
* My work description was as the following:
- Supervision on mechanical and electrical technicals and Management maintenance works.
- Preparing preventive maintenance schedule and putting into effect.
- Find solution to keep production running as much as possible .
- Preparing and order spare parts.
- Supervision on the contractors when we build our factory (Electro mechanical and Civil works)
- Supervision on the contractors and Management the the erection and installation works (Electro mechanical and Civil works) when we expanded our factory.
- Supervision on steel fabrication when we expanded our factory.
- Supervision on the contractor when our company upgrade the plant in Al-Riadh for one month.
- Operation and maintenance all machines in our factory as Rotopacker for cement, Palletzing machine, Stretch wrapper, Packing machine for cement, Sand Dryer, Bucket Elevator, Crusher, and Sieves.
