• Verify the suitability and compatibility of HVAC systems including Building Management system BMS in accordance with related codes and standards.
• Managing and organizing work flow and providing technical support and
Supervision.
• Prepares material procurement and submittal schedules.
• Prepares shop drawings schedules, and issue drafting instructions to draftsmen.
• Coordinate MEP services related to the structural and architectural finishes.
• Verify design calculations and design drawings carried out by consultant.
• Guide the HVAC & BMS site engineers through the discipline planning and engineering process throughout the duration of the project.
• Attend coordination meeting with the consultant, supplier and other
Subcontractors to discuss technical issues related to the project.
• Ensure the satisfaction of the client, consultant, main contractor and project manager at all times.
• Quantities take-off, design calculations, material requisition tracking and task assignment follow up. Prepare manpower histogram, and labor cost estimates
