Chartered Senior Commercial Manager with 24+ years of pre and post-contract experience leading the end-to-end commercial management of multimillion-dollar construction projects across the Gulf Region from concept to launch. Responsibilities
● Lead, train, and support the preparation of commercial offer for PMC, CMS, and Design services new Bids.

● Audit and maintain contract control processes, procedures, and standards.
● Liaise with and manage relationships with potential clients, contractors, and vendors during the pre-contract stage to define review terms and conditions, optimize bids, and ensure client satisfaction.
● Secured and managed the full commercial scope of multimillion-dollar construction projects throughout the Middle East.
● Ensure stakeholders understand and adhere with their contractual liabilities.
● Evaluate Contractors Bids manage the selection on the successful bidder.
● Negotiated and agreed contracts for subcontractors and ensured the accurate and on time implementation of project requirements.
● Managed variation orders by setting out variation procedure, managing variation entitlement, consequences in terms of extension of time and cost, and concluding variations.
● Administered rolled final accounts by managing cash flow, payments, risks and contract price adjustments.
