• Controlling and executing all production related activities in the plant on daily basis.
• Conducting improving studies in the field of production & manufacturing.
• Ensuring best level of product quality by utilizing all available tools and resources.
• Preparing and implementing the 48-hour plan.
• Controlling and monitoring production objectives such as: (Machines output target, scrap, NCR’s, etc...).
• Ensuring operational costs are within target and minimum limits.
• Continuously controlling material consumption rates during manufacturing processes.
• Implementing and proposing corrective and preventive actions for related quality and production problems.
• Coordinating with other departments (Maintenance, QC, training, QA, purchasing, Technical, etc…) to facilitate the completion of daily works.
• Preparing all periodical reports and improvement studies requested by management.
• Supervising all trials being done for incoming materials.
• Taking part in implementing TPM program.
• Participating in the quarterly inventory process.
• Following up with ISO systems implementation.
