My duties and skills in sales include the following:
• Distributing and managing work on our teams, in addition to follow and coordinate between teams and customers.
• searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
• persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• calculating client quotations after making site survey, and administering client accounts;
• providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• meeting regular, sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
• making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• helping in the design of custom-made products;
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

This company is subcontractors in field of communications which takes some construction and maintenance works from large communication companies as Zain, Umniah (BATELCO), Witribe, and Mada.
My duties include the following:
•New sites installation "A to Z" for any company or manufactures .
•BTS & MICROCELL installation and expansion for HUAWEI and MOTOROLLA.
•Microwave links installation and maintenance from many manufactures like NEC (PASSOLINK V3, V4, NEO), SPECTRUM, HARRIS (ECLIPSE, TRUE POINT & MICRO STAR), DIGITAL MICROWAVE DMC (DART). Dragon wave ' using IP address ' to make configure, and RTN (910, 950).
•UHF Antenna installation, maintenance, and expansion “include using (site master) to measure the VSWR “.
•Civil works as install DPs & Mounts, Tower maintenance, Shelter build and maintenance, cable tray installation And maintenance .
•Wi max sites ( new site installation & maintenance ); I have good knowledge in Wi max
•Sites survey and auditing.
•Fiber optic "good experience" by taking SDH project in south of Jordan with Zain and self study as : application, history, transmission and receiving, amplifiers, wavelength division multiplexer, types of fiber, attenuation, and advantages and disadvantages .
•Documentation and site clearance.
•3G practical and work experience in SOP & ACC :
- Microwave links installation using ( RTN910 and RTN950 modems ) and ( Andrew dish's " from .3m to 2.8m diameter " ) with configuration using " Web LCT program ", and make troubleshoots if needed .
- 3G antenna installation, type Cell Wave, with SPT and RCU
Include cabling 7/8 and jumpers, labeling, making all measures needed using site master.
- BTS cabinet "Huawei 3900" installation with all auxiliary equipment understanding the function of most equipment that include "as BBU and WMPT cards". With standard required from ZAIN and Huawei
- Documentation and clean up of sites.
