Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

Maintained Corrective & Preventive Action system for both internal and supplier corrective actions.
Measured and analyzed KPI's related to Quality and SHE.
Worked with the customers like Nestle, RB, BAT, PMI, Unilever, Ekaterra, Telenor, Ismail Industries, Nishat & DG Primary & Secondary Healthcare Dept. on QSHE related matters and worked collaboratively to build positive working relationships and timely project management.
Provided leadership to manage the Organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment \[QHSE\] responsibilities.
Established procedures & mitigation strategies for risk & emergency management.
Actively supported the development and implementation of an effective QHSE Management system across the projects.
Assisted in the US-Pak Research Project on TB Diagnostics under the supervision of Dr. Kauser
A. Malik and produced significant results.
• Facilitated internal & external audits as per divisional audit schedule and ensured tracking and
closure of remedial actions.
• Monitored the HSE protocols and QMS routine for the vehicles used for transportation of clinical
samples from collection points to lab and optimized the process.
• Followed conformities for the research materials and maintained QA of purchased equipment and
chemicals.
• Risk assessment of Work areas & remote operations and optimization of SOPs for safe and ethical
research with real time supervision.
• Data compilation and project management. Coordination and collaboration with various public
hospitals and Research institutes to assure smooth research process.
Conducted surveys of customer sites (Coca-Cola International, Lotte Kolson, Shezan
International etc.) for improved Pest Management Services.
