• Daily supervision and support of the ERW Risk Education team (4 Assistants) to implement project activities
• Managing and developing daily/weekly/monthly work plans and reports
• Develop and improve ERW Risk Education materials together with the Risk Education (Team and Project Manager)
• Ensuring that the team has the necessary materials and other equipment to carry out the designated activities
• Conduct the administrative and other preparatory work for the planning and implementation of project activities, such as arranging travel, preparing attendance sheets, monitoring forms, liaising with community leaders etc.
• Monitoring and evaluating field work and facilitator performance, including the work conducted by the implementing partner, in order to ensure the quality of ongoing project activities based on identified needs, project plan and budget
• Carrying out needs assessments and data collection in the field using participatory tools for continuous development of the project
• Ensuring the collaboration of all stakeholders of the project in the field (Community Leaders, NGOs, CBOs), including conducting training for them if needed
• Maintain the operational statistics including updating project monitoring databases
• Coordinate with other DRC projects and programs to ensure effective implementation of project activities
