We Quality control inspectors typically do the following: Read blueprints and specifications. Monitor operations to ensure that it meets production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
As a service adviser, The role of a service adviser is the medium between the Customer and the technician, My role was to handle the problems customers face in their cars and diagnose it at the earliest time.
After the diagnosis, my work was to transfer it to a technician. If the problem is in engine and needs to overhauled than my work was to transfer to master technician and if it was a normal service or minor repair than to junior technician.
