Prepare scope of work; develop cost and man-hour estimates of safety requirements to steer ‎successful completion within time and safety regulations to accomplish maximum refinery output.
‎2- Determined technical specifications for materials and construction; establish safety program of ‎contractors according to OSHA guidelines to ensure engineering and construction risks and time ‎schedules are toward optimized resource allocation and overall safety process improvement.
‎3-Direct proactively the safety engineering package and sourcing of materials to ensure project ‎execution in sync with finalized safe design documents and drawings according to loss prevention ‎procedure .
‎4- Oversaw safety concerns closure to confirm accuracy of design details, structure installations, ‎and delivery as per, best practices and engineering techniques of NFPA, BSI and ISO ‎

‎1- Supervise safety personnel's commitment to preset regulations of ASHRE for HVAC, ‎Plumbing activities to maintain focus on high quality installation and maintenance of facilities in ‎sync with the established Quality Assurance and Safety Program (QASP). ‎

‎2- Evaluate and implement best practices of SOHA into safety plan and work procedures; assisted ‎the project engineers to accomplish timely identification, analysis and resolution of quality related ‎issues. ‎

‏3‏‎- Oversaw Safety Plan implemented for underground (U/G) systems: storm water drainage, acid ‎drains, oily water sewers (OWS), sanity sewers; contaminated surface water (SYS) in addition to ‎potable water systems and aboveground (A/G) piping services. ‎

‏4‏‎- Monitored Steel Structures, pipe-racks, and special pipe supports (SPSs) for pressure vessels to ‎match safe process practices of industry as per ISO and Saudi Aramco loss prevention procedures. ‎
