My major responsibilities at MachSol are:

-- Customization and Support regarding issues related to Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, CRM Dynamics and several other extensions supported by the company's SaaS i.e. MachPanel.

-- Participate in collaboration with implementation engineers, engineering and account managers to resolve client issues.

-- Work closely with technical operations, Product/Project Managers and development/QA resources to assist in development, testing and launch of fixes.

-- Participate in assisting sales and marketing efforts when required with product presentations and demonstrations using various forms of electronic media and remote desktop applications.

-- Participate in customer training and support in the use of product and associated software.

-- Assist with the development of technical product documentation.
